Chogiwa – On April 12th, ITZY’s official Twitter just dropped a piece of big news about their comeback. The news was in the form of a tracklist of their new upcoming mini-album “Guess Who”. Since then, ITZY drops teasers for “Guess Who” in day and night concepts. Fans are super exciting about their upcoming new mini-album with the title track “마.피.아. in the Morning”.
ITZY Drops Teasers for “Guess Who” in Day and Night Concept
ITZY is one of the K-Pop groups that always mark their comeback with a strong and fierce appearance. This time is no exception and “Guess Who” is one of the highly-anticipated mini albums to reveal this April 30th.
#1 Night Concept of ITZY Teaser Image
Just a couple of days after the first big news, ITZY’s official Twitter revealed a teaser image in Night Version. The teaser image revealed five ITZY members in black and white night vision image with the combination of strong yellow colors and police lines which state “Beware of ITZY” dominating the image.
The first night concept of the ITZY teaser image perfectly matches the title track of their mini-album “마.피.아. in the Morning” which has the same meaning as “Mafia in the Morning”.
#2 Day Concept of ITZY Second Teaser Image
After the night concept teaser image, there was a new day concept image revealed on ITZY’s official Twitter. This time, the teaser image showed the five ITZY members in one bedroom, dressing in elegant and sexy dresses. All of them look really stunning but the concept is totally the vice versa of the previous night concept image.
This revealed that ITZY will come back with a unique two sides concept. They could look fierce and strong at night but at the same time look elegant and sexy during the day.
“Guess Who” Is ITZY Fourth EP to be Released
ITZY debuted with the single “It’z Different” and “It’z Icy” in 2019 under JYP Entertainment. ITZY is the first girl group debuted by JYP after TWICE in 2015. So, the expectation toward the girls is very big. That is why, as a new girl group in the K-Pop industry, ITZY is probably among the busiest ones to prove themselves in this industry. Due to that, less than a year after they released “Dalla Dalla”, they came back on March 2020 with the second EP “It’s Me” with “Wannabe” as the title track. Not stop there, ITZY continued to release their third EP in August 2020 “Not Shy” which made their name even bigger.
So, “Guess Who” is ITZY’s fourth EP to be released this April 30th with “마.피.아. In the Morning” as the title track. The other five singles are “Sorry Not Sorry”, “Kidding Me”, “Wild Wild West”, “Shoot!”, and “Tennis”. ITZY drops teasers for “Guess Who” in day and night concept and so far, all six single titles match the concept perfectly.
